2. Eligibility and Scope

Medical Consultations:

These are available to adult patients (18+) who reside in the UK. The service is not for emergency care, acute deterioration, or life-threatening conditions. You should contact NHS 111 or 999 in case of emergencies.

Mentorship and Education:

Professional sessions are intended for medical students, doctors, and healthcare professionals. Educational sessions do not replace formal clinical supervision or GMC training requirements.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All services must be booked in advance via our online platform.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative time.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellations:

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us at doctor@costamedic.com.

Refund Policy:

Once payment is made, no refund is guaranteed, regardless of attendance or outcome. This applies to all service types.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer rescheduling or credit in exceptional circumstances, but are not obligated to do so.

By booking a session, you agree that you understand and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

6. Medical Disclaimer
